Requirements:
Agency
Ability to exit via helicopter
Steps:
Go to the counter of your agency for right d-pad option
Now open options menu, hover over safety and alerts, hold down options button, now press x on safety and alerts, quickly after let go the options button and while doing that spam right d-pad
Now exit via helicopter, after blackscreen wait abt 2-3 seconds then click Circle one time and spam triangle
if you get wasted by your blades you're now in no ragdoll
